Further, Philip is a qualified instructor of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFTS) by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) utilizing the NHTSA standards and has testified as an expert witness in court and administrative hearings regarding DUI/DWI investigations and evaluation of officers’ opinions as to sobriety.
